Berlin/Stockholm-based artist, producer, and songwriter Klara Zangerl explores a world that oscillates between the microscopically simple and the extraordinary and galactic. With her melodic and soulful vocals, inspired by Neo-soul and R&B, she delivers songs about seemingly mundane subjects such as eye sleepies, water springs, and sun lotion. Having grown up in Stockholm, Klara’s musical journey began with her mother introducing her to music, including opera, jazz, and choir singing. As she learned to produce her own music, her passion for unexpected lyrics, playful productions, and embracing duality and contradictions only grew stronger.
